Licensed Social Worker

Whether you are a sex worker, exploring kink, struggling with communication, navigating life with unaccepting family members, or a survivor living with trauma, I am here for you. I am passionate about providing a safe, accepting, and open space where you can come in and process what you are facing. I understand how complicated and overwhelming life can be, especially when it comes to our relationships, balancing a work and home life, online dating, sexuality, and gender identity. However, I also recognize how beautiful life can be when we feel empowered, unashamed, and accepting of ourselves. I am here to help and walk alongside you in your journey.

As a therapist, I started my career working with survivors of intimate partner violence, substance abuse, and child welfare. I recognize the complexity of circumstances individuals, families, and couples face in a world dominated by judgment. My goal as a therapist is to offer a comfortable space for individuals and couples to explore their desires, increase intimacy, and learn to accept and fully love themselves. I also offer services to adolescents experiencing LGBTQIA+ challenges, depression/anxiety, and ongoing self-esteem barriers. I use a holistic approach to sessions and determine what evidence-based practice to use based on presenting concerns. I gravitate toward CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, and solution-focused techniques.

I am currently located in Indianapolis, IN, providing in-person sessions in Fishers, and online tele-health therapy sessions. I identify as a lesbian and can help individuals in the LGBTQIA+ community grow and navigate life experiences as well.
