Rebecca
In my experience (as a parent and volunteer) working with children and young adults with various neuro-developmental differences and mental health challenges, I am brought here as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor trainee to approach counseling and healing through a holistic lens. Training in trauma informed yoga provided me the sensitivity and understanding to help at risk and underserved communities begin healing from generational trauma.
As both a licensed yoga instructor and counselor trainee, my goal is to help you find balance in mind, body, and spirit. I am passionate about supporting and helping people feel understood while confronting their thoughts and feelings. I wish to create a safe space to explore patterns and develop a new understanding that will allow for intentional changes in life. I am here to partner with you to make changes, heal hurt and live a more fulfilling life.
